1. How do I upgrade to Sketchflow Plus/Pro?
You can upgrade to Sketchflow Plus/Pro at any time to enjoy expanded features such as more project and monthly credits, as well as access to export and sharing options. The upgrade process is simple—just select the Plus/Pro plan from the subscription page and complete your payment. Once your upgrade is successful, the enhanced features will be available immediately, and please note, this action cannot be undone.
2. Will I be notified when my payment is processed for each billing cycle?
Yes, each time your payment is processed at the beginning of a new billing cycle, you will receive an email notification sent to your registered email address. This email will include an invoice as an attachment for your records, allowing you to easily track your payment details and account activity. Please ensure that your email address is kept up to date in your account settings to receive these notifications promptly.
3. Can I get free credits after signup?
Of course, join our Earn credits activity to win your free credits! Click the [Gift] button on our site header to view the details. Grab our invite link inside and share to your friends. Once the requires task is completed, you and your friend will each receive up to 400 credits, which can help you create more practical apps on Sketchflow.
4. Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can downgrade your plan as needed. If you want it to begin next subscription cycle, select the lower-tier plan, confirm the change and cancel the renewal of your current subscription. Your downgrade will take effect on your next billing date.
5. What happens after I cancel my subscription?
Here’s how your cancellation works:
- Current benefits remain active: You will continue to enjoy all the features of Sketchflow Plus/Pro until your paid period ends.
- No charges in the next cycle: When your current billing cycle ends, no further charges will be processed. Your subscription will not renew, and your account will automatically return to the Free plan.
6. How does the payment process work?
All payments for Sketchflow are securely processed through Stripe, ensuring your transaction is safe and reliable. During the checkout process, you’ll see a clear summary of the exact amount you’ll be charged, along with the billing details for your registered account email.
7. How can I check my plan usage and view detailed usage records in Sketchflow?
To view your current plan usage, simply click on your user avatar to open the dropdown menu—there you'll see an overview of your plan and resource usage. For more detailed information, select "Account Settings" where you’ll find the "Current credits-Details" section. Click on it to access detailed logs of your resource usage, including all your project, page, and AI modification records.
8. How do I check my credits balance and how it's calculated?
Click on your user avatar to open the dropdown menu, where you can view how many current credits left in your account.
The credits are composed of these parts:
